Both amateur and professional photographers, artists, and image-makers who are nationals of Southeast Asian countries—Brunei, Cambodia, Indonesia, Laos, Malaysia, Myanmar, the Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, Timor-Leste, and Vietnam—are invited to submit.
Tiga Mata is a biannual publication by Zontiga (The Next Level Sdn. Bhd.), dedicated to contemporary photographic practices from Southeast Asia.

No. Submission is free of charge.
We welcome photography and lens-based work in all forms, including documentary, conceptual, archival, collaborative, experimental, film, digital, alternative photographic processes, and photography-based mixed media.
All submissions must be made digitally via the Tiga Mata Submission Form.
Both are welcome.
You may submit either individual photographs or a cohesive body of work. Due to space limitations, not every image from a project may be selected for publication. Final selections are made through the editorial process.
Each applicant may submit a maximum of 10 images.
Yes.
We welcome projects that engage with archives, family albums, found photographs, vernacular imagery, and other existing photographic materials. Please explain your approach in your project statement and ensure that all materials are used thoughtfully, ethically, and with appropriate attribution or permission where applicable.
Yes.
Projects developed through shared authorship, community participation, or cross-cultural collaboration are encouraged. Please identify each contributor and describe their role in the project.

The Guest Editor and the Tiga Mata editorial team are responsible for the curatorial selection, sequencing, and editorial framing of the publication. Submitted works will not be altered.
Tiga Mata is an independent, self-funded publication. While we are unable to offer monetary compensation at this stage, selected contributors retain full authorship of their work and are credited accordingly.
All copyrights remain with the respective photographers or artists.
By submitting your work, you grant Tiga Mata permission to reproduce selected images in the publication, on our website, on social media, and in promotional materials related to Tiga Mata.
