Truth Flux

May 2026

Theme

Truth Flux

“Truth Flux” explores the evolving nature of photography and how images can no longer be seen as fixed representations of reality. While photography was originally created to capture physical truth, modern technology and experimental artistic practices have blurred the boundary between authenticity and fabrication. In today’s world, photographs exist in a shifting space where truth, fiction, memory, and interpretation constantly overlap.

The project also highlights how contemporary photographers challenge traditional image-making through techniques such as retouching, appropriation, and mixed media experimentation. Rather than functioning as rigid records of reality, photographs become fluid visual experiences that invite multiple meanings and conversations. “Truth Flux” reflects the chaos of the modern age, where artistic expression and technological progress continuously reshape how we understand truth itself.
